Options menu, pause menu and some other stuff

Hello everybody, 

first, thanks for playing the game! It was really nice to see, that you guys used the leaderboard and submitted your best runs :)

Now I'm pretty sure that this was the last update for the game, cause the code is getting kinda messy, it's hard to add more stuff and I want to work on other things, but we'll see.

Now to the Update:

Added:

• Finnaly there is an pause menu
• A small but functional options menu

Changed:

• The game should run now more smoothly
• The WebGL build crashes less

Fixed:

• Glitching UI on smaller screens
